F3D MkII G2
Brim Style Structural Firefighting Helmet
Designed with the operational needs of structural firefighters in mind, the F3D MkII G2 delivers premium safety, long-lasting comfort, and reliable performance in high-risk environments.
An evolution of the trusted F3C and F3CXL models, the F3D MkII G2 continues the legacy of Pacific’s F3 structural firefighting helmet platform—globally recognised for delivering premium head protection solutions for firefighting and emergency response.
Trusted across Australian and New Zealand fire and emergency services, the F3D MkII G2 combines proven durability with next-generation protection. Its DuPont™ Kevlar® and fibreglass-reinforced composite shell is paired with a full cranium polyurethane liner that provides exceptional impact and penetration resistance. The brim design offers added protection from falling debris and environmental elements while directing water away from the face and neck for improved visibility and comfort. The external face shield delivers high-speed particle protection, is heat- and flame-resistant, and features anti-scratch, anti-fog coatings with optically correct clarity.
The second-generation liner system (G2) includes a 4-point chinstrap with leather cheek padding for secure stability and enhanced comfort. An integrated leather 3D air mesh comfort padding system increases breathability and cushioning, supporting wearer comfort and focus during extended operations. A pivoting rear nape strap with ratchet adjustment ensures a personalised and stable fit.
The adjustable headband accommodates sizes 52–65 cm, with optional downsize kits available for head sizes as small as 48 cm. Each helmet comes standard with a yellow fire-retardant neck protector and a four-piece 3M™ 680 silver/white reflective trim set.
